The skypay user interface is protected by a password control system.

When you sign up you will be given a username and password to access the system and we strongly recommend you changing the password immediately so that anyone seeing the initial sign up email cannot use your account.

You have one login account for the merchant facilities and one login account for the partner facilities. We suggest you keep your password safe and secure and change it regularly.

skypay works on a secure SSL connection, which means that as the information passes from your computer to the server, or from the server to your computer, it is encrypted, using at least 40 bit encryption, or higher if your browser allows it.

Passwords are not stored as plain text in the system, and the skypay network runs behind a firewall to prevent access via normal means that a web server may be prone to.

Our privacy policy is to not divulge any of your personal details or transaction histories or summaries to any organisation, outside of SkyPay Limited or our sister companies.
